The private terrace is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The courtyard and barbecue facilities are a great addition for those who enjoy outdoor dining. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV are a nice touch for entertainment.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the villa to be a bit cold and uncomfortable. However, some people might enjoy the sleek and modern look it adds to the room.

Private Courtyard: The villa had its own private courtyard, which was like having my own personal oasis. It was a peaceful retreat where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Espresso Machine: The espresso machine could use an upgrade. The plastic capsules and packaging were a bit disappointing.

If I were to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be a bit more assistance from the children working there. While the staff was generally friendly, they could have been a bit more attentive to the specific needs of senior guests.

They were friendly and gave us helpful recommendations for beaches and restaurants in the area. the location of the apartment was perfect, and it even had amenities like a teapot. the cleanliness and well-equipped nature of the apartment, including a fabulous shower and separate bathroom, made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the excellent WiFi and the convenience of private parking right next to the apartment entrance. it was a high standard accommodation in terms of design and quality, and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a wonderful base to explore the beautiful Ile de Re island.
